How to choose a top box
Each SHARK model is designed for specific quads and their rear rack mountings: e.g. the AX110 for the Segway AT5 / AT6, the AX98 for the Loncin X Wolf 700 / 1000, the AX92 for the CFMOTO X450 / X520 (Gen.1) and GOES Terrox 400 / 500. When choosing, pay attention to the model generation (Gen.), as racks can differ between generations.
Choosing a fuel can
SHARK 5 l and 10 l fuel cans mount to the top box, so when choosing, check which box model they are made for: the 10 l for the AX110, and the 5 l for the AX105, AX112, AX96, AX97, AX98 and AX99. Store fuel only in a container designed for it, and check that the cap is screwed on tightly before setting off.
Frequently asked questions
Will a SHARK top box fit my quad?
It will fit if your quad's model and generation are given in the product name. For other models the mountings may need adapting. If in doubt, email your quad's model and year to info@scootershop.lt – we'll advise you.
What does the number in the top box name mean?
The number after AX usually corresponds to the box's approximate capacity in litres, e.g. AX96 – about 96 l, AX105 – about 105 l. Check the dimensions before buying so that the box doesn't get in the way of the seat or other accessories.
How do I attach the top box to my quad?
The top box mounts to the quad's rear rack with brackets designed for the specific model. Before riding, check that all the bolts are tightened, and recheck them after the first few off-road trips – vibration can loosen the mountings.
