Derbi parts for 50 cc geared motorcycles and scooters: clutch parts and cables, kick-start shafts and springs, gearbox shafts, brake discs, fork oil seals and hand guards. Derbi is a Spanish motorcycle manufacturer, part of the Piaggio group since 2001, best known for its Senda models. The catalogue lists 25 products from €7.99, some of them marked OEM, i.e. genuine factory parts. Many parts also fit Aprilia and Gilera models with the same EBE / EBS or D50B engines. Items in stock are dispatched from our warehouse in Kaunas within 1–2 working days.
About Derbi
Derbi engine generations
Derbi 50 cc geared motorcycles come with several engine generations: EBE and EBS (Euro 2), later the D50B (Euro 3), and the latest models have a Euro 4 version. The cylinders, gaskets and clutch parts of these engines are often not interchangeable.
Before ordering, check the engine number stamped on the crankcase and the motorcycle's year of manufacture – these are the easiest way to identify the exact generation.
Senda model parts
Many of the Derbi parts in the catalogue are for Senda models (R, SM, DRD): brake discs, fork dust seals, stand springs, hand guards. The Senda R is the enduro version and the SM the supermoto version, so their wheels and brake discs may differ. When choosing a disc, compare the diameter and the number and layout of the mounting holes.
Clutch and gearbox parts
The clutch on a geared Derbi runs in an oil bath, so a slipping clutch often indicates worn plates or the wrong gear oil. When replacing the clutch basket, gear selector fork or shaft, check the gaskets and oil seals at the same time – once the engine cover is off, old gaskets should not be reused.
Frequently asked questions
Are Derbi parts suitable for Aprilia and Gilera motorcycles?
Often, yes, because the Aprilia RS 50, Gilera RCR and SMT from 2006 use the same Derbi D50B engine. We state compatibility in the product name (e.g. "APRILIA / DERBI / GILERA"), and if in doubt, email your model and year to info@scootershop.lt.
What does the OEM marking on Derbi parts mean?
OEM means a genuine factory part supplied by the vehicle manufacturer or its supplier. These parts match the original dimensions, so they are suitable for repairs to the manufacturer's specification. Products without this marking are equivalent parts made by other manufacturers.
How do I find out which engine my Derbi has?
The simplest way is by the engine number stamped on the crankcase and the year of manufacture: Euro 2 EBE / EBS engines were fitted until around 2006, and the D50B after that. If you are not sure, call +370 608 07699 and tell us the model and year.
When should I replace a Derbi brake disc?
Replace the disc when its thickness has worn down to the minimum stamped on the disc, or when it is warped and you feel pulsing under braking. When replacing the disc, it is worth replacing the brake pads too, so that they bed in evenly against the new surface.
