Description

ATV winch EWOP-3500 – 3500 lbs / 1588 kg (synthetic rope)

"EWOP-3500" is a reliable, powerful winch designed for riders who use their quad (ATV) not just for fun but also for work or more serious off-road tasks. With 1588 kg of pulling power, this winch easily copes with the vast majority of situations you might face in mud, in the forest or doing farm work.

The synthetic rope sets this model apart from cheaper alternatives – it is not only safer, but also lighter and much easier to use than traditional steel cable.

Why choose the EWOP-3500 with synthetic rope?

  • Safety and convenience: Synthetic rope has no "memory" (it doesn't kink or tangle), there's no risk of cutting your hands on steel splinters, and if it snaps it doesn't act like a "catapult", so it is much safer for people nearby.

  • All the power you need: 3500 lbs (1588 kg) of pulling force is the "sweet spot" for most ATV models. It is plenty not only for recovering a stuck quad, but also for dragging logs or other heavy loads.

  • Reliable control: The winch comes with all the necessary accessories to ensure smooth operation in any weather.

  • Weight saving: Synthetic rope is much lighter than steel, reducing unnecessary weight on the quad's front axle, which improves handling.

Important operating rules

  1. Rope care: After use in mud, we recommend unspooling the synthetic rope and rinsing it with clean water. Let it dry naturally (not in direct sunlight). Mud ground into the rope fibres acts like sandpaper over time and weakens it.

  2. Protect it from sharp edges: Synthetic rope is sensitive to sharp metal surfaces. Always use a proper fairlead, and if you pull the rope over rocks or tree edges, be sure to use an additional protective sleeve.

  3. Battery load: ATV winches use a lot of electrical power. Always work with the engine running so the alternator can maintain the battery voltage.

  4. Overheating: The winch motor has its own duty cycle. If you feel the winch starting to slow down or getting hot, take a break to let the mechanism cool down.
